歴史文化専攻の大学生。日本語教員養成課程修了。新しい価値観や視点を考える機会をみんなに届けたいと思い参画。

国際系学部の大学生。実践を通してグローバル視点を身につけたいと考え、つなキャンのインターンに参画。

共通して持つ行動指針です。

つながるキャンパスが若者たちにとって最高の学びの場であるために、まずは自分自身の心身の健康を大切にする。自らの状態をよく把握し、健康を管理することを優先する。人は自分の延長でしか他人を認識できない。だからこそ、つながるキャンパスを作る一人ひとりが大切な存在だと考える。誰かのためを想ったら、同じくらい自分のためを想う。他の仕事や学業、家庭などと両立を前提としたチームだからこそ、その挑戦を自覚し、仲間と支え合いながら、最高のキャンパス作りにともに取り組む。

To ensure that the Tsunagaru Campus is the best place for youth to learn, we must first take care of our own physical and mental health. We make it a priority to be well aware of our own condition and to take care of our health. People can only recognize others as an extension of themselves. That is why we believe that each person who works to develop Tsunagaru Campus is an important person. When we think of someone else, we think of ourselves just as much. Because we are a team that must balance other jobs, studies, and family, we are aware of the challenges we face, and we work together to create the best campus possible while supporting each other and our colleagues.

つながるキャンパスは、過去にとらわれない。過去から学び、今この瞬間に必要な学び舎をつくり続ける。「目の前の現実は変えられる」と信じ、参画する一人ひとりとともに未来を描き、更新することを大切にする。「これまでがこうだったから、そういうものだったから」から始めない。今必要なこと、これから大事になることに向き合い、100年先の当たり前につながる、小さな一歩を踏み出す。

Tsunagaru Campus is not stuck in the past. We learn from the past and continue to create a learning environment that is necessary for the here-and-now. We believe that we can change the reality in front of us, and we value the updating of the future together with every individual who participates in the project. We will not start with “this is the way it has always been.” We will address what is necessary now and what will be important in the future, and take small steps that will lead to what will be considered desirable 100 years from now.

つながるキャンパスの運営は、制約の上にある。資金、人、時間、それらはどこまでいっても限りあるもの。ただ、その制約があるからこそチームとしての創造力が高まる。「あれが足りないからできない」ではなく、今あるものを使って何ができるかを考える。一人ひとりの知恵と工夫を持ち寄り、掛け合わせて、新しいキャンパスをつくりだす。

The management of a Tsunagaru Campus is based on constraints. Financial resources, people, and time are all limited. However, it is these limitations that enhance our creativity as a team. Think about what you can do with what you have, rather than saying, “We can’t do it because we don’t have enough. Each person brings his or her own wisdom and creativity to the campus, and by combining them, we can create a unique campus.

若者と彼らが切り拓く未来に対して、徹底的に向き合う。若者の声に耳を傾け、率先して動き、どんな時もその先にいる若者の姿を想像し、考え、行動する。日常的な対話を積み重ね、対話の中から彼らの想いを引き出す。表出した言葉と、埋もれた言葉を聞き分ける。彼らとともに時間を過ごし、可能性が最大化していくよう支える。直接的であっても間接的であっても、私たちはいつも若者とともにあることを忘れない。

We are thoroughly committed to the youth and the future they are pioneering. We listen to the voices of the youth, take the lead in making moves, and at all times imagine, think, and act based on the imaginations of the youth. We engage in daily dialogue with them and find out their thoughts and feelings through such dialogue. Differentiate between the words that are expressed and those that are hidden. Spend quality time with them and support them to maximize their potential. Whether directly or indirectly, we are always with the youth.

若者たち、連携団体、応援してくださる方々、一緒に働く仲間たち。つながるキャンパスに関わる人は多様な考え方やバックグラウンドを持つ。そのような場所だからこそ、自分の考えや気持ち、状況をいつもより意識して積極的に発信する。そして、同時に仲間たちの声に耳を傾ける。発信する、傾聴する。その一つひとつの行動の積み重ねが多様なチームの信頼関係を構築する。

The people involved in Tsunagaru Campus, including the youth, partner organizations, supporters, and colleagues who work with us, have diverse perspectives and backgrounds. It is for this reason that we are more conscious and proactive than usual in communicating our ideas, feelings, and status. At the same time, we should listen to the voices of our colleagues. Speak out and listen. The collective actions of each of these behaviors builds trust among the diverse team members.

つながるキャンパスは、応援の力を信じる。応援されることで、小さな想いやちょっとしたきっかけであっても、一歩を踏み出す力が生まれる。だから、いつも応援することから始める。それは無条件の肯定ではなく、時に対案を示し、意見を伝え、多様な選択肢を提供する全ての行動を持って挑戦を支えることである。つながるキャンパスは、応援し、ともに考えてくれる仲間の存在と安心感にあふれる場所として、若者たちの挑戦を支える。

Tsunagaru Campus believes in the power of support. Being cheered gives us the power to take a step forward, even if it is just a small idea or a small trigger. That is why we always start with cheering. It is not unconditional affirmation, but rather supporting the challenge with all actions that sometimes give counterproposals, convey different opinions, and give a variety of options. Tsunagaru Campus supports the challenges of youth by providing a safe and secure place where they can feel the warmth of friends who are willing to support and think together with them.

世代も地域も立場も違う人が出会う。ともにつながるキャンパスをつくっていく仲間たちは、それぞれの多様な願いや価値観を尊重することを忘れない。あるべき方向性が決められているのではなく、ありたい方向性を描き、交わりながら一緒につくっていく。誰もが発信源になる可能性を秘めていて、どこから始めてもいい。一つひとつの異なる源泉こそが、つながるキャンパスを描く力になる。

People of different generations, regions, and backgrounds gather on Tsunagaru Campus. The associates who work together to create this campus do not forget to respect each other’s diverse wishes and values. The direction in which the campus should go is not predetermined, but rather the desired direction is envisioned, and then created together through interactions. Everyone has the potential to be a originator, no matter where we start. Every single different origin is the power to shape the Tsunagaru Campus.

つながるキャンパスは、一人ひとりが強みを持ち寄って成り立つ。その強みは、個人がばらばらに持っているだけではなく、多様性あるチームと連結・調和させていくことで活かされる。ひとりの個人がどんなに尖った強みを持っていても、多様な強みが団結したチームワークには及ばない。チームの中での自分の役割を見つけ、多様な個人で織り成すチームワークを発揮することで、高いパフォーマンスを追求する。

Tsunagaru Campus is formed by each individual bringing his or her strengths to the campus. These strengths are not only possessed by individuals in different ways, but are also utilized when they are linked and harmonized with a diverse team. A single individual with strong strengths alone is not as powerful as a unified team of diverse strengths. Find your role in the team and pursue high performance through teamwork.

つながるキャンパスから享受する価値、見出す喜びの形は多様であっていい。関わるメンバーの目的や理由に応じて、活動のなかで自ら見つけ出していくものだ。自分の心を燃やす薪は、自分でくべていくように、キャンパスの運営に関わり、その意味を発掘していく。思うようにいかないことがあったとしても、その意味づけを自分自身で繰り返していくことが、結果として未来につながる。一人ひとりの喜びが連鎖して、つながるキャンパスと若者たちの可能性を広げていく。

There are many varieties of value to be gained and joy to be found from Tsunagaru Campus. Each member will find his or her own joy through their involvement in the activities, depending on their own goals and reasons for being here.  Find your own self-motivational drivers. Get involved in the running of the campus and unearth its meaning. Even if things do not go as expected, repeatedly finding meaning for oneself will lead to the outcome. Each individual’s joy will become a chain of happiness, expanding the potential of Tsunagaru Campus and its youth.

つながるキャンパスは若者たちの状況に応じて更新し続けていく。そのためには私たちの努力をたやさない。制度やルール、取り組みはすでに与えられたものではなく、変えられるもの。何もせずに待っていれば誰かがつくってくれる、与えてくれるわけではない。あったらいいなと思うものは自分たち自身でつくり、うまくいかなければ、またつくり直していく。それを恐れずに繰り返して、個人と組織がともに成長していく。

Tsunagaru Campus will continue to be upgraded according to the circumstances of the youth. We will not cease our efforts to do so. Systems, rules, and initiatives are not something that have already been given, but something that can be changed. It is not something that can be made or given to us if we just wait and do nothing. We must create what we would like to have by ourselves, and if it does not work well, we will re-create it from scratch. By repeating this process without fear, both the individual and the organization will grow together.
